Patrick Ruegemer founded Higher Dimensions Roofing in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 2020. As a veteran, he built it on a simple standard: show up, tell the truth, and do the job right.
That standard became the brand. Higher Dimensions is family-owned, full of good people, and known for transparent, and honest communication.
Over the years, Higher Dimensions has seen a lot of success generating booked jobs off of door knocking and past customer referrals. However, Patrick knew in order to continue to scale Higher Dimensions, he would need to invest in marketing.
Outsourced Their Marketing With Little to No Results
Patrick has worked with several marketing agencies over the years resulting in large investments in ad spend and little return. Meta ads would bring in leads from out of their service area or people who weren’t even looking for a roof inspection.
The problem wasn’t that Meta Ads didn’t work. The problem was that people didn’t connect with the ad content. An agency working from the outside couldn’t capture the team on the job, the real stories, or the personalities of team members on camera that makes Higher Dimensions who they are. So the ads looked like every other roofing company’s.
Patrick realized that the best way to showcase his brand was to bring their social media marketing in house by creating and running the ads themselves.

Patrick decided to partner with Contractor Dynamics in which he joined the Scale Consulting Program. Contractor Dynamics helped him find and hire the right Marketing Manager, and that’s where David comes in.
